How do I return / exchange?
- Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click submit.
- Expect an email response in regards to your return/ exchange questions.
- If your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your items to us.
What Items Are Returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of order placement. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed & unworn.
We will not accept the following:
- Dye Kits
- Sale Items (not items on promotion but items permenantly discounted on the sale page)
- Dye Classes
*Items with slight discoloration will only be returnable upon review of product. Dyeraid does not guarantee exact color matches due to the nature of botanical pigments there may be slight variations & unique imperfections making each item one-of-a-kind.
Are there any charges
- A refund will be issued to you via your original payment method in the amount of the returned goods- shipping will not be refunded on any returns or exchanges.
- In the event that the post office has lost your package, we will issue a refund after 30 days from the shipment date (Day 31). The refund will cover the cost of goods ordered & the shipping costs.
How soon will I get
Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days, your refund or store credit will be issued equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax and shipping (if package was lost by USPS, UPS or Fedex).
Once your return is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.
